"I started doing Yoga with Anna a couple of years ago. I was getting a little older and the activities I love - running and playing golf - were leaving me with aches and pains. Even after a round of golf, I would be stiff for a couple of days afterwards. Truthfully, I only started yoga to regain some flexibility and help with my physical activities. Now, I see yoga as an activity that I don’t want to do without. My flexibility has improved and I am no longer stiff after a round of golf. In fact, my golf has improved because of my increased flexibility and I no longer have the aches and pains after running either. Having played sports for all of my life, I firmly believe that everyone should be introduced to yoga from a young age. If you haven’t started practising yoga and are not so young anymore, there is still time to start. My advice? Stop thinking about it and just do it! ~Bob"
